This company was amazing. I called them to come out and locate my Sewerline . They came out the same day marked out ware it was and uncovered the clean out. Zack was a dream to work with . He new all the answers to all my questions and had a smile on his face the whole time he was here. I will only use Sinclair from now on because they are so amazing to work with.

A nice young man fixed my Daiken unit yesterday. He did a good job. But Sinclair Plumbing seems to be a bit paranoid for some reason. When you call them a recording tells you your call may be recorded. Come on, folk! We're only talking about plumbing here, not national security! And I was charged $10.00 for mileage, and I live here in Lubbock! Smells like a money-grab to me. I was charged $240 to clean-out a wall unit in my house. The guy did a fine job, but I did wonder why it cost so much for maintenance. He was only here a little over an hour. Oh, well, we live in those kinds of times I guess. Money, money, money. Still, Sinclair did a good job, so I'll probably call them again next time I need service because I doubt there's a nickle's worth of difference in the companies nowadays anyway. Gee, maybe I'll get my phone call recorded next time! Cheers!

I am disabled snd my toilet began overflowing on a Friday afternoon. I called a couple of other plumbing companies who advertised "emergency plumbing." How can it be emergency plumbing when they can't get to you till Monday?
I called Sinclair and they dispatched Zach within the next 20 minutes. He was at my house with the half hour. And after I called them, they sent me his name & photo so I would know who was coming to fix my toilet.
Zach was courteous & professional. Most importantly, he knew what he was doing and had the problem resolved in a matter of minutes. He even took a look at my washer, which had been overflowing.
He said the washer was an issue of overloading and I should tell my aides to cut the laundry loads in half. He then gave me his card, so I could call him if he was needed in the future, as the repairs on the toilet were guaranteed for a whole month. He rode out of here like the Lone Ranger, having saved the day for yet another Damsel in Distress.

Sinclair did an amazing job fixing all our plumbing issues. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and took the time to answer all our questions. Sinclair is a company you can trust.
