Since we moved here at Lubbock, we choose Jay Young Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning to service our home issues and John is so wonderful, very professional, accommodating, knowledgable, quick and very responsive. Whenever we call, you don’t need to wait for days, he’s just right there in front of our door step, soon after. Front desk is very friendly and values our time. They are amazing people. You won’t regret calling them to handle your needs.

Jay Young Plumbing is professional, on time and honest. They are respectful and do not try to upset you on unnecessary repairs. I called Jay Young for a second opinion when another company said I needed thousands in repairs when I had called for a simple clog.. The plumber arrived on time and unclogged our line in less than 30 minutes. I asked him to scope the line to make sure everything was working in order. He agreed to do it although he thought it was unnecessary as the line was running well. He scoped every inch of the lines and ensured we would be running well for years before any more repairs would be needed. I am so grateful to Jay Young Plumbing for preventing me from becoming the victim of a scam artist.

John has repaired plumbing problems for me in the past. He is hard working and does a great job! The office lady was very nice and rescheduled my repair for me due to a conflict I had forgotten about. Great company.

I’ve had my share of bad experiences w service and repair companies. This company, Jay Young, is the company you -want- to call. We have had to call them for several issues with our plumbing and ac unit over the past several years and they have been nothing but professional, courteous, and efficient. They come and just get the job done. As with most people, I am always concerned about billing. Not once, have I ever had even a mild complaint about charges. Their service professionals and the people who answer the phone could not be more genuine and courteous. I would highly recommend them to any family or friends with great confidence.

Phyllis was able to accommodate our needs of a new dishwasher install, same day...did I say Same Day!!! And early in the day! We received a courtesy call before and upon arrival. I am posting this on behalf of my Tia Anita. She's an older lady who needed a gas line replaced this holiday season. Jay was nice enough to come out and give us a free estimate at then gave us a great price and did the work very quickly. Jay was absolutely a blessing to our family and I cannot recommend his work enough. Please call Jay if you need anything.

We had what we thought was a simple water slab leak, which turned into three weeks of sewer line, ac return duct and water repair. They guys were AMAZING!! They got us fixed up, fixed problems we didn't know we had, were cleaned up everyday and took great care to keep things clean. Everything is great now. The nicest service people I've had. If I could give them more that 5 starts I would!

We have been using Jay Young for our plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs since 2014. They are very professional, good communicators, and produce quality work for a reasonable price. We won't go anywhere else. - we love them!
