I used Houston Mechanical to replace my hot water heater. Randy was professional and efficient. I will definitely use him again for any plumbing or AC needs I have.

We checked a big project off our list this week. It's one of those projects that you don't really want to have to do - a new sewer line. Houston Mechanical got it done with minimal damage to the yard. There was an additional challenge of moving the deck to put in the new line and they got it moved and put back better than before!

Randy Houston is a professional who ensures a positive outcome in every instance. He treats your possessions with care, he explains what he is doing, and answers all of my questions. Most of all, I believe his rates are fair. I’ve used his services for plumbing, furnace and air conditioning situations, and heartily recommend him and his work.

Houston Mechanical Service responded quickly. Most importantly, they did not charge a $320.00 fee (like one Lubbock company wanted to do) for having to drive 80 miles roundtrip to service an aging AC unit. Randy was personable, nice, and helpful. Most importantly he understands that most people just do not have tons of money standing by for repairs or replacements. Knock on wood the AC has been working perfectly since he serviced it in early summer. He got the job done and got us through this summer. I highly recommend this company!

I had a major leak in the hall from my A/C and it was soaked and getting worse. I tried 2 well know companies and was told that they might be able to come out on Monday or Tuesday (this is Friday) but couldn't guarantee it. When I called Houston Mechanical, the phone was answered immediately and said he would come as soon as he was done with the current job. Excellent experience! Knew immediately what was wrong and had it fixed within 30 minutes - and then he helped me clean up the mess! Charge was very reasonable. I would recommend him to everyone.
