Duncan office and teams are fantastic. Dustin and Braxton are ones who anwsered our service call on a very short notice. Professional, knowledgeable and very personable. This dynamic duo we will in furture services request by name. Dustin is upfront about whats needed, suggested and necessary. Price quotes are VERY reasonable and better than competitors. I'm grateful I was given a referral from another heating/ac representative who was unable to assist. Definitely this home is now a Duncan services home. Thanks again Dustin and Braxton y'all saved our day. Thanks, Duncan Heating and Air Conditioning for hiring and retaining such knowledgeable employees. May 2022 triple didgit heat won't effect ya with these guys in your contact list.

I rarely do reviews at all. But Considering how this company saved my Family today I felt the need to do as such. I called, and im not exaggerating, over 20 companies on my Friday Morning when I Noticed my AC was out and blowing Hot air. I got blown over by every one of them telling me they can get to me maybe on Monday. Its 109 Degrees outside and you want me to wait for the weekend? On and On it went, until we Came across Duncan and they Said they would take care of us. I Kid you not 10 Minutes later they called me letting me know a tech had finished early and was on his Way. Very professional shows up and takes care of business. I got my AC back on Cooling down the house within 10 minutes of that. I could not recommend this Company more then I do. They will be getting all of my business that I can possibly give them. Don't waste your time with other Companies. They obviously didn't want my Business. Thank you Bridgette for helping my Family today.

They rescued us from a bad situation caused by Lowery plumbing. Lowery had insisted our unit needed to be replaced inside and out because it was bad (it is 5 years old). They said we could try putting a new motor in ($700) but not worth it on such a damaged unit. Said it would run us $7,500-$10,000.

Duncan rep said the unit was in decent condition and repaired the motor. All for $400, inclulding the call out fee. If we'd started with them we would have saved $500. They were professional, helpful, saved us a LOT of money and basically lifesavers. They have made us customers for life. We will never use another company. They were honest, and that is worth much more than just $.

Called Duncan to use the camera scope service they provide. We have the main sewer line scope on older homes before we purchase them. Duncan had been recommended by another property owner in Lubbock. The property owner had been using them for a couple of years and stated the cost is typically $150.00. As a property manager I completely understand that price can vary by situation and time spent. I contacted Duncan and spoke with there one of there representative. As always I ask how they charged for the service and typically how long does it take. I was told the service was charged by the hour and it could run between one to two hours. The lady was super nice and got me scheduled.

I get a phone call from the service technician at 8:30 a.m. telling me they were heading to the property. I get to the property at 8:40 a.m. and the Duncan Technician arrive at 8:55 a.m. The technician are very professional and nice. They get straight to work and the scope service was great. Here is why I am giving them one star. The technician are done with the scoping at 9:30 a.m. (that is giving them the benefit out the doubt on time). I am thinking well one hour charge this is going to cost $150. I was told while scheduling the appointment they wanted payment after the service was done and I agreed on that. So I ask the Technician if I could go ahead and pay them before they stated loading up the equipment. He said of course. So he started to ask his assistant what time they left the shop and neither one of them really had a firm idea but settled on 8:30 a.m. At this point I wasn't sure why this was being discussed, until the main technician tells the assistant to run my CC for an hour & 1/2. I look at my watch and say and tell him it is only 9:30?? The main technician then tells me it will take him 30 minutes to put up the equipment and fill out the paper work. I am still not understanding why I am being charged for an hour & half. I tell him that they got to the property at 8:50 a.m. at the earliest and most likely it was 9 a.m. He agrees with me! Great, now I should only be charged for an hour? NO, he then told me that it took him 30 minutes to drive from his shop to the Property. To save time I called to speak with the lady that i scheduled the appointment with and she told me i owed the hour & half. I asked why I wasn't informed on the charge policy when i was asked? There was really not a response.

Honestly, I am not one to criticize a business, as a property manager, I realize there are two sides to a story. In this case, I felt Duncan was not honest and intentionally took advantage of me. I am fine with paying for a charge that is communicated to me up front. I am also ok with a company changing the way they charge for the service. I ask all of these question up front and just wanted clear communication. I have gone to property management convention in larger city's where other managers will tell horror story's of companies taking advantage of them. When I hear these stories, I always tell myself that is one advantage of living in west Texas.

They were very prompt in getting to my leak in my foundation of my home. They traced and found the leak in my cement slab. The repair men were very conscientious about minimalizing mess and destruction when breaking through the cement to get to the leak. They took steps to avoid damage to baseboards and sheet rock even though those barriers made the repair more challenging. They cleaned up any mess/dirt afterwards. They were very knowledgeable and patient when I asked quite a few questions. They did a great job!! I would highly recommend Duncan Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. and Plumbing.

Been waiting n the restaurant business over 30 years — I can tell you there is no better group for being “straight up” with plumbing and HVAC. They do business the old fashioned way and always back their work.
Fair pricing.... and the owner, Dennis, is always available. Big jobs and small, they do it all with a high sense of urgency . Quality work!

After struggling for over a week with a local AC company and my home warranty company, I made one simple call to Duncan and my AC was back on the same afternoon!!! Simply could not ask for better service, kind people, knowledgeable repairmen. Spending time looking for anyone else is just a waste of time!!!! Thank you Duncan!!!!!

I was charged 112.50$ for the technician to come out to my home and pull a part out in 2 seconds. He stated I needed the part replaced , when I asked how much the part was he stated it was 140$. I paid the bill and come to find out the part would only cost around 20$ if I went to get it myself. Be very careful with this company!!

My family has used Duncan HVAC & Plumbing for years. My father used them on his construction jobs, and we use them personally at our homes. They do excellent work for a fair price. We wouldn’t use anyone else.
