Master Service Company

In all of my dealings with Master Service, which includes all heating and cooling for our home, they execute on time at a fair price with a high standard for quality. Great customer service is just the cherry on top. Really happy to have them as my HVAC service company.

Mike and Michelle are the best! They are professional and caring people. Their technicians are just as good. I have used them for years and won't use anyone else!

I called MSC as a 2nd quote on an A/C unit that I thought was done for (according to my 1st estimate) when Drake came out and looked it over and did some testing I found out I only needed a couple of new part and only spent $290. When I was looking at $5000+ for a whole new unit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company they were honest and saved me thousands!! I will do business with them always. Thank you Drake for being so professional and honest and taking good care of my needs and treating me like a loyal customer when I was a first time caller.

We had this unit installed 11 years ago. Great unit. Had them out to do maintenance every year. Last year he came out and did some work. Did ok. Had to call them back this year for some more work and clean whatever they clean. Then had to call them back he said there was a nut loose and let the freon out he tightened it. Each of the last two times it was over $200. Well it started acting up again so we called someone else. First there was no freon then when he checked the unit upstairs the coils had never been cleaned. We spent over $10,000.00 for that unit. We thought it would last more than 11 years but we just forked out another $9,000.00 today. If they would have done the maintenance right we wouldn't have had to replace in 11 years. It should have lasted alot longer. By the way it was a Lennox heat pump. The best I thought.

After waiting two weeks to get my heating fixed I called MSC Heating and Air. They exceeded my expectations in everyway. They called me back within minutes. I told them what my problem was. a few minute later I got a call from a tech. He arrived within the hour and immediately set about fixing the problem. All in It took MSC about three hours from my initial call to have my heat back on. I could not be more impressed by the professional way that I was treated by this company. I will be calling them first from now on.

We live in an area where good, reliable service is difficult to come by, and where most service providers don't like to travel to. Master Service Co. has a great asset living right here in Bolivar, Bill Minyard. Bill installed our 20K generator. He got us a fair price and did a great job getting the generator installed and hooked up. He also was able to use our existing transfer switch! We purchased a service contract for Bill to service the unit every 6 months. When you call Bill, he will return your phone call. When Bill says he'll be at your house at such bad such a time, you can count on it!

Our A/C wasn't working so we called MSC. They were able to squeeze us in SAME DAY! They arrived within about 6 hours of calling in the heat of the summer. Drake was very friendly and helpful in explaining the problem and how to fix it. He replaced the part and everything was good to go! I would highly recommend calling MSC if you have any A/C issues!

I would personally recommend Master Service Company when it comes to A/C repair work. Their response time was very quick, their work very efficient and charges reasonable. The unit always goes out at an inconvenient time but Masters Service goes the extra mile to keep things running properly.

A big shout out to George Cain who came on the holiday to repair my AC. We might have a larger problem, but they've promised to keep checking on me. Very pleased with Master Air.
