Due to a communication error my initial appointment was cancelled by the company 3 hours before they were due to be at my home. When the owner was made aware of the situation he bent over backwards to make sure that I was personally taken care of and my AC issue resolved. It speaks to the character of this company to prioritize even a small repair during a busy week.

They confirmed they were coming to fix my AC and never came and never told us they weren’t coming. I had to call them to get the news that they weren’t coming. We had been waiting for hours. They could have let us know they weren’t coming and we would have hired another technician but they didn’t. Ridiculously unprofessional. Steer clear of this company.

Our experience with Seedley Heating & Air Conditioning could not have been better or easier. The technician patiently explained all the options to us & answered all of our questions. He even recommended a unit that was less expensive than the one we were considering going with. That's when I knew we were dealing with a company that was truly trustworthy, and had our best interests at heart. The installation was quick & easy. The installers were prompt, polite, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. Overall a GREAT experience!
