I called Cashway looking for a hard to find fence stain today. Paula answered my call and was fantastic! She checked prices and made multiple trips on to the sales floor to verify my product was in stock. When she found the store was temporarily out of what I needed, she called me back a few minutes later with an update on when it should arrive. That's great customer service!

I have stopped by a couple of times now looking for specific parts which google says ACE carries but have been told, rather coldly and rudely, that this store does not carry them. Previous trips the guys behind the counter were too busy talking to even ask if I needed help and I had to approach and stand there for a bit before being asked if I was ready to check out. Ace is lucky that they are the only ones that sell Gator grit sand paper but I will most likely be ordering this product online and having it delivered from now on.

The staff there is very nice. And its a small and convinient way to get quick tools or equipment.
