They never showed up. I called to verify that they were still coming and they rescheduled for the next day for 8 to 11. At 11 I called and the girl on the phone said she would have a service person call me. No one called so I booked with Weeks service company and they came out with in hours and fixed our problem. I would never recommend a company that no call no shows. Call weeks instead. You will be happy you did.

At the very beginning before Greg started to work; he informed me as to what he is going to do. And also ask me if I have questions. Through out the work he took the time to show me any problems or repairs needed and also explain to me in details the problems. I am more than satisfied.
