I called Crescent for an AC problem and got them on site the same day. They are honest and knowledgeable about complex AC problems. They did replace the components and stayed long enough to ensure everything worked perfectly. They also explained the system problems clearly and did only the necessary work, without overcharging. Definitely will call them again if I need them.

Repaired my AC By replacing the outside units fan blades. It work for about 2 hours. It stopped working again and my warranty company can't get ahold of them to check on their repair. They had to send a different company out which is not familiar with the original problems, and the outside unit blades keep stopping. I have no problem giving them a better review as long as they return the warranty companies call and re fix the problem they originally fixed.
