Walker Air Conditioning

I recently gave a 1 star review but when I got home my husband said, Walker AC had called him back and they were on their way. 10 minutes later they arrived and fixed a clogged pipe in 15 minutes. I’m satisfied with the job.
I just wish they had a better answering service. Price was reasonable

Can't possibly offer less stars. The Owner Lady is the rudest most unprofessional person leading a company ever. She takes advantage of the fact that we live in an area that we need AC and she services you as she wishes without any care of how she affects you. The tech ( her husband) can say he will come by a certain day and she then proceeds to say no he can't go then. No Idea why they are still in business other than the fact that some home appliance insurance companies have them as their main option. I don't think anyone would hire them with her attitude out of their own will.

They work as a AHS contractor and they cancel the new service request cause on the previous I rate them 1 star , not recommend for any service

This service is very unreliable, our Insurance and myself have tried for 6 days to get service or a call back without success...

Calls are never answered or return. They told me they were going back to my house to re fix the same issue they got called out for.... that was over 4 days ago.... still no respond, went with someone else to have my issue resolved

Insurance contacted walker air and he went to check AC unit but never answer back, I tried to contact him several times by messages and calls, he never answered me(He always saw my messages but never answer) then called insurance and they also tried to contact him but no answer, waste of time, no professionalism whatsoever.

Terrible company won't even return calls. Don't go with this ompany.

They never showed up twice and they were late when they did show up.

Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
