Walker Air Conditioning

Walker air is AMAZING! They work with American Home Shield which I think is the main reason their reviews are poor. AHS does not let them know about their calls most of the time, so when we called them directly they were extremely accommodating. They came out after business hours and fixed our A/C so we would have some overnight then came back the next day and replaced everything. My 11 month old is sick with a fever and I don’t know what I would’ve done without them coming out to fix our A/C. Thank you guys so much! I highly recommend them, just call their office directly!!!

Great service. Home Shield insurance contractor. Got my ac working in 30 minutes. Ignore bad reviews. They need patience. TROY.

The third time is the charm. I have been trying to get in contact to set up an appointment and they never answer the phone. I have to deal with them since they are automatically dispatched by American Homeshield. I have tried to change the contractor with AHS to no avail. Walker A/C is the only company I have had a problem with AHS. I do not recommend Walker A/C unless you want your a/c looked at in more than a month. If someone can recommend a good company that partners with AHS please let me know.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! A work order was submitted by my insurance AMERICAN HOME SHIELD, to which, I was advised I would be receiving a call from representative from Walker A/C to set up an appointment for service. I called multiple times prior to them closing and no one answered. I received a text stating, "will call back shortly." Yet, I have not received a call back…. Also, The physical address on Google and POB does not exist.

I have no clue why AHS is doing business with this ghost local company.

This company keeps cancelling my service order at their leisure. No calls, no texts, no email not even a smoke signal. Been without AC for over a week now and they refuse to complete the work order. American Home Shield has tried to get in contact with them as well but Walker AC keeps stalling on them. They fraudulently update the order to say they weren’t able to get in contact with me yet, as stated above, no form of communication from them to me exists. If you have AHS, do not allow them to schedule Walker AC. Ask to be schedule by someone else.

Walker air is the worst company to do business with. I have been waiting 6 months for them to service my unit and nothing yet. Please do your self a favor and go with De Hoyos or a more reputable company. The only reason I am waiting is because this is through American Home Shield! I don’t wish this type of service upon anyone especially when children are involved! By far the least professional people I have ever dealt with!

Lately alot of rain, but next day Mr Walker called and asked about the problem, told him the gist of it and he showed up about 45 mins later. He explained the problem and he remedied it in 20 mins. Very cordial and to the point. I 'd refer him in a heartbeat. Was warranty provider for AH SHIELD. Sincerely Tomas Cisneros 8/16/22

Purchased a compressor unit about a year and a half ago and at first was happy with service and instalation. The unit failed about a week ago and I called walker A/c because my unit has a 5yr warranty to which I was told he was very busy but would call me as soon as he could to check on unit. 6days later and he no longer answers my phone calls or messages. Called another AC service technician who gave me even more bad news. The unit he sold me was not compatible to my indoor unit and should have never been used. Do not use this company you will regret it
