Let me start by saying this by far has been the best experience I've had with trying to find someone to repair my AC. I had been without AC for about 2 months, with Laredo heat that feels like an eternity. Different companies would go to the house check the unit inside and out then try to over price and over sell me parts I did not need or just would not get back to me at all. Finally a friend of the family gave me a contact number for Norway and within an hour they were at the house and by the next day I finally had my AC running again. Price was great and financed at that which was a HUGE help!! I dont reccomend any other place other than Norway Air Conditioning! Excellent customer service, quick and simple explanation and quotes given, as well as great pricing and financing options. Great job Norway and Thank you!!

I was a little nervous about the perfect 5 star reviews thinking they might be fake. They’re not. Guillermo Dominguez with Norway Air deserves all 5 stars. He went above and beyond to diagnose what was wrong, explain clearly what was needed, and provide some options. His work was fast and professional. I would highly recommend him and the company to anyone who needs someone they can trust to work on their air conditioning.

Mr. Dominguez described what was needed to be done. Accurate! Eliazar & Raul showed up and gave me a time estimate (didn't take climbing stairs in consideration, my bad). Accurate! Ran into 1 problem. Overcame it! Removed the old unit, installed the new one, cleaned after they were done! Perfect! Mr. Dominguez has great people working for him! Thank you! Will get other 1 replaced by them soon. Not as expensive as I thought. Highly recommend them! 10 stars if possible!

Called Norway Thursday morning and that afternoon I had a quote and my unit installed the next day. They really go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied and updated on the progress of their work. THANK YOU NORWAY AIR CONDITIONING.
