The front desk staff should not give a customer a feeling of inconveniencing them during their chat in approaching the help desk while 2 employees talk. Not 1 of them asks "what or how can we help you with?" while we made a simple request of help. The coldness of both, woman & man in my interrupting their conversation was then, as I am no AC man, to be responded to in belittlement of what they are being asked to supply us with for our company's need in being helped. To pay money in this necessary help that is felt as such an inconvenience to, serve a paying customer in such an unprofessional approach is why I would not recommend this supply house. If you are having a conversation without the awareness of the importance of customer's needs when the client approaches you, you should not be at a help desk. A small purchase is one of the beginning stages of a worthwhile or worthless business relationship. In addition, if a client says, "Thank you for your help" with no response of gratitude. No "You're welcome/ no problem" just the feeling of completely blessing someone with business that has zero appreciation. We practice Client Services where I work and this place apparently take the business for granted. They don't need the business of good people who are simply asking for help as they believe an internal conversation are more important than an approaching/incoming clients. In the lose of walk-ins, small business and/or what they will lose as any prospective large business clients who are reading this review. Our impression is a negative 2 stars for a lacking customer service oriented staff as I experienced today. Good parts selections with price. But that does nothing with staff that is inconvenienced by customer's needing help. This business surely would not appreciate a recommendation. As they wouldn't appreciate our company's business in the future and any other client's business that would interupt a staff conversation when customer's seek help- This is not good business practices & I hope this helps them correct was is so wrong with the customer service desk or any other Client Service division at this place.
This place was great, there price are a little more is you dont have a account but there services is great and they always have everything you need and thats whats most Important. Great place
I'm a home owner and NOT an A/C technician. I diagnosed my outside condenser as having a bad contactor and visited Coastal HVAC. The counter staff were extremely helpful with choosing a replacement, and gave great tips on coil cleaning. Saved me a ton of money by repairing it myself. Much appreciated!
