I needed a second opinion on some AC issues and I got a solid recommendation from a family member to call The AC Guys, and I am very glad I called them.

Michael called ahead and actually arrived a little early, which was great. He was very courteous and extremely patient with all of my questions. He thoroughly explained everything and also took pictures of all of the important parts/issues. He listened to my concerns and helped me come up with a plan.

I got nothing but good, honest vibes from Michael and everyone else I spoke with at The AC Guys.

Do yourself a favor and call The AC Guys the next time you need a maintenance check or have HVAC issues.

I called Brett early on a Sunday and told him my AC was not working. 30 minutes later he showed up, took a look at my AC, immediately identified the problem, and replaced my broken capacitor. We then told him that our upstairs rooms don't cool as well as other parts of our house. Brett then discovered our damper was stuck and preventing the cool air to circulate to our upstairs rooms. He quickly remedied the problem and now all the rooms in our house are cooler than EVER! Thanks Brett! You were quick, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The AC Guys are the only people I will call if I ever have an AC issue. Thanks!
