I had been in need or replacing my a/c condenser and coil for the last two years. I posted on Nextdoor asking for recommendations and Corina (Texas Elite) reached out. I called Ozzie (Texas Elite) on 4-8 and he came by to confirm my suspicions. He was in between appointments and was unable to give me a quote but when his supplier opened on 4-9 he was able to get a firm quote and confirmed all of the parts were in stock.By that night (about 2230hrs) my a/c was installed and running. I knew that it was getting late, but Ozzie never complained and was nothing but the consummate professional. He left my house probably cleaner than when he had shown up.
Texas Elite Air Conditioning and Heating is a small, family run busines that will give you excellent service for what I believe is a fantastic price. Ozzie even suggested calling around to see if I could get a better price, which I declined. They don't have the bells and whistles that some of the big companies have, but they have the knowledge and ability to do a first rate job while still connection on a personal level. When ozzie left, he was more of a friend than a hired contractor and it doesn't get any better than that.

Ozzie was honest, fair, and did quality work in a timely manner. He took the time to help us understand everything we needed to in order to make an informed decision, without the constant upselling and pressure we got from other companies.

Bottom line, if you're looking for someone honest who does solid work, look no further.

Was very impressed with how quickly Ozzie was able to come out and service our unit. Very fast & definitely affordable. I called around and other companies charged $125 just to come out and look at it. There was also a day or two for them to diagnose it. I called Ozzie, he was at my house within a few hours & the problem was fixed within 30 minutes. He will definitely be our “go-to” moving forward. Very happy customer and highly recommend. This is the best service possible from an AC company. You cannot go wrong with Texas Elite Air Conditioning and Heating. They are my company from now on. He was here quickly. Ozzie at Texas Elite AC is THE BEST. We’ve dealt with a few HVAC people over the years and things have been so-so. Then I called Texas Elite based on excellent online reviews. They are all right! Ozzie has always made an effort to come same-day regardless of how “emergent” the problem may be. He’s very nice and very honest. His prices are excellent—very fair (beats everyone else we’ve tried). Give Ozzie a call—I highly recommend them!

The services I received from Texas Elite Air Conditioning was excellent. They are most definitely the people I will call when I need services in the future. In fact I signed up for a pre-arranged maintenance appointment in the fall because of the excellent customer services I received.

Our AC went out at 4pm on Wednesday and in less than 30 minutes from reaching out to this company, Ozzie was at our house checking out our system. He went above and beyond to get our unit fixed and get us cool air again in less than 24 hours! We highly recommend this company! Excellent staff, excellent pricing and excellent service!

Ozzy's is the best. We called of course after hours because like most emergencies they happen after 5PM. Ozzy's told us he would be at our within 2 hours and he was. We have 4 small children so having air conditioning in this heat is a must. He had the air working in less then an hour! The only thing better the working Air in 100 degree heat is the repair didn't less then we expected. Ozzy's was fast, friendly, reliable, trustworthy and efficient. If you ever have air conditioning needs make sure you call this guy. You will be happy you did!!!
