I wish I could leave 10 stars. Our AC went out this evening and they were quick to respond to emails. My baby has had a fever all day and with our AC not working, I was stressing. They were able to come and resolve the issue and get cold air back. Ozzie was super kind, genuine, and not at all pushy. You can tell he just genuinely wants to help people, but is also extremely knowledgeable in his profession.

My AC system went out around 9 pm. With this Texas heat I knew I needed to have it looked at right away. I called Texas Elite and they responded back right away. They were able to have the owner come over that night and he was able to repair my system in less than 45 minutes. He stayed a little longer just to make sure everything was fine and the unit had no other issues. The owner is very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I will defiantly use them again. Thanks.

Ozzie is amazing!!! We noticed our AC was not working properly overnight. We got on the neighborhood app and Ozzie came highly recommended and he did not disappoint! We called him first thing this morning, he arrived within the hour! He is professional, knowledgeable and down to earth!! Also he is more than reasonable with pricing! Ozzie was incredible! Our AC united went out in the dead heat of summer. I was so worried we would have to replace the whole unit. Ozzie came over within 24 hours of me calling him and was very honest with us about what was wrong. He told us that a part of beginning to fail. We could stretch it out and make it work another few months or we could be proactive and replace it that day. Because Ozzie was informative and honest, we replaced that day. I will DEFINITELY be calling him again in the future.

The maintenance visit could not have been better. The home is new to me and Ozzie explained everything he did during the servicing of the HVAC system. Specifically how I could keep the system at its best between the scheduled visits ( clean and disinfect drain line, ducts and A/C coils). Highly recommend Texas Elite AC and Heating.

Texas Elite Air did an excellent job installing our new AC unit. Ozzie and associates worked really hard because our main unit was in the attic and it was very hot that week. Ozzie is very pleasant to work with and works hard to make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

Ozzie came out to repair our AC which was blowing warm air late on a Friday night in August. Did a thorough system check of the outside AC unit diagnosed the problem installed the new part got it going blowing cool air. Gave me some great preventative maintenance tips also that he offers Preventative Maintenance agreements that I will be looking into. Ozzie looks to be honest and professional in his work. We have had no issues since the repair I recommend Texas Elite

Ozzie did outstanding work. We had an issue an a/c issue at our house on Friday afternoon. Ozzie said he could take show up that same afternoon and he did. Ozzie was very professional and meticulous when it came to solving the issue we had. He was helpful and gave me tips on how to keep our system working properly. Communication was easy. Highly recommend.

Once again Ozzy has came to our rescue. Towards the end of the holiday season, our AC/heater broke down after been working for 19 years. Ozzy was more than happy to check it out first to make sure if it was salvageable but unfortunately was not possible. Ozzy and his wife were able to come up with a plan and have modernized our thermostat as well as a new unit in January. After a month and a half, we’ve had no problems. Ozzy has yet again done a great job. Thank you to Ozzy and his team!!!
