Ozzie did an awesome job. He was able to stop by within 2 hours of me calling. He explained everything he was doing and showed me how to do the maintenance needed to prevent the AC from going out. He was quick and efficient and my AC was back on before noon.

My AC had an ongoing leak for a couple of years,
Ozzie was able to explain exactly what we needed was a new AC. Others that serviced my AC in the past never explained and did not give me much information and left me with a temporary fix and no solution. So Ozzie eased my mind with a thorough explanation and gave me options to choose from. I am so thankful for Ozzie, his wife and crew for their excellent services. I highly recommend their services.

I can't say enough about Texas Elite air conditioning!! This is the third time I have utilized their services and will not be the last.
We are in the process of selling our home and noticed the house was not cooling below 77. Called Ozzie and he initially came out on Sunday to assist since we were in the middle of open house and needed a repair sooner than later
He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a temporary solution until we could get the part ordered and installed.
Part came in with in a day and instal happened the next morning, with AC blowing and cooling to temp all before noon.
I had to replace my coil due to it leaking and freezing up and Ozzie kept me posted throughout the entire repair by sending updates and pics along the way.
I will continue to use them in the future and will continue to recommend to anyone needing AC repair

Ozzie and Corina Vasquez, the owners of Texas Elite Air Conditioning and Heating, are wonderful to work with and offer spectacular customer service in person, by phone, and by email. The first time I called for an appointment for AC maintenance last summer, Ozzie answered my call from inside someone's attic on another service call. I couldn't believe he didn't just let it go to voicemail. Then after we made the appointment and I met him, he was so kind and knowledgeable that I knew I could trust him. When he came back this fall for heating maintenance, he again tried to teach me all about how my system works. Of course I retained all of it. NOT. But he is very personable and treats his customers almost like friends and family and even brought his son once. His wife Corina takes care of the marketing, billing, and online customer service and she is a pro as well, and very sweet. I will continue using him with great assurance of his skills and knowledge, his fairness, and his professionalism!

Hands down the best! Called Ozzie, he came out and checked out our AC issue. He was very thorough and explained as he went along. Turned out we needed our system replaced. His wife contacted us and let us know about financing options and provided us with a quote. The quote was much, much lower then what I was expecting to pay. She was very knowledgeable and just the sweetest. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. We had them replace our system. Ozzy and his team were on time, respectful of our property, and explained to us as he went along. Set up our Nest thermostat and taught us how to use it. That night he called to check on us. Tonight his wife called and checked up on us. This husband and wife team are simply the best. Genuinely honest, hardworking, and caring. They will continue to have my business and I highly recommend them.

We just used Ozzie again and had an equally wonderful experience with him. Even though he was recovering from COVID, he came, correctly diagnosed the problem ( which had been misdiagnosed by another) solved the problem quickly, was completely honest in his dealings and delightful to have around. It was a joy to have Jacob assisting, too. We recommend Ozzie completely!!

Ozzie did a beautiful job on taking our old ac and heating system out in a short time. We will miss him because over five years he has been very helpful trying to keep our ac running till we decided to get a new one.Thanks again Ozzie!

I would recommend to all who read this do not hesitate to call this is by far the best AC service I have ever received. Literal lifesavers at this company. When we had a run of 100°+ weather my AC of course decided to go out. I tried calling Goettl (the company that installed my AC) and they had me on a 3-day wait list I tried to explain to them I have a 3-year-old and a 9-month-old but they didn't want to help. I called Texas Elite Air Conditioning and explained my situation by that same afternoon Ozzie came out and had my AC fixed within an hour. I was amazed by the service, response and also bill I received. I did call around to a couple of places to try to get a quote for them to come out and it seemed like everybody was up charging me because they knew everybody was having problems with their ACs.
But not Texas Elite Air Conditioning. Their prices were even more competitive than the big name brand companies. There will not be another company I call from now on. This is going to be my go-to when it comes to my AC.

I called the number on the Texas Elite Air website right around 11, and I was getting ready to get sent to voicemail,, Ozzy actually picked up. He was at my house at 8 the next morning and is an obvious expert at his craft. And Ozzie's an obviously good dude too.
Can't recommend his sevices more highly.
