My experience with Garner Heating & AC has been wonderful. Our AC died, they came out within a few hours of us calling. They brought window units in until they could install a new unit. We are very pleased with the result.

When I made the decision to install a ductless mini split in my cottage, I called several AC companies for estimates. The pricing was similar between companies (I had one low ball estimate) but their solutions, as far as placement and recommended BTU's were very different. Doug Garner, the owner of Garner Heating & Air Conditioning, provided the best solution at a fair price-- in fact, the placement is perfect and the workmanship is beyond what I expected. Garner's crew completed the job in about four hours, were very professional, and left everything clean and tidy. Now that I've been living with the Carrier ductless mini-split for a couple weeks, it was the best decision I've made. The unit is whisper quiet and cools/ heats my cottage evenly-- far superior than the loud, energy sucking window unit I had before. If you're looking for a heating & air conditioning company for your home, go with Garner--- they provide excellent customer service and know what they are doing!

Excellent and timely service!! Garner AC has been here for us for years and they always make us feel more like family than a client. They are attentive to whatever situation surrounds a problem, and are very quick and transparent with solutions. I can't imagine doing our AC maintenance with anyone else!

What a blessing Garner AC has been this year! They came out and repaired and replaced, as well as cleaned my air ducts that had been attacked by a nefarious group of rats. They were so very professional and courteous that I was so very impressed and will definitely use them again.
