Called Garner Heating & Air Conditioning Monday at noon, they had a service person onsite to take care of the issue by 3:00 p.m. same day. Don was the service tech, he was extremely professional, thorough, and provided me with before and after service pictures. In addition, their parts are American made and, in my case, there was a warranty on the product they installed. I would recommend their services to anyone in the area. Their pricing is very reasonable! Thank you Don and Garner for helping me stay cool as we enter into Texas Summer months.

I have not used their services quite yet, but I plan on it. Chase was very polite, on time, and informative. His communication is very prompt and honest. We do plan to use their services soon once we are ready to move forward. :) I do highly recommend Chase and Garner Heating & Air Conditioning.

We've been shopping around for a new AC for a few years now and the prices were either extremely high for equipment beyond our needs, or reasonable but for equipment that seemed less than reliable. After helping us with a Sunday AC issue, we got a quote that included a quality Carrier unit larger than what we had and well within our price range. Given the inclusions of labor warranties and some quality of life improvements for the system, it was an easy decision. The install was prompt, the team that came was respectful and willing to answer all our questions, and they did a great job cleaning up afterward and walking us through the system. We are absolutely happy with the system so far and looking forward to working with the folks at Garner for years to come.

They responded to my online request quickly, and on Mother's Day, no less! Actually came out on Mother's Day to keep my a/c going. Explained everything clearly and very thorough in their work. Also followed up with the quote they promised in a very timely fashion.

I've had Garner service my HVAC system twice now. I've been really impressed both times. Super friendly staff, fast response time, just a really pleasant experience all around. Max showed up to help yesterday and did great work and was just an awesome guy.

Leonard came out to do our routine maintenance. He was polite, on time and answered various questions I had for him. I have been happy with everyone I dealt with so far.

I rarely take the time to write a review on a company but Garner Heating & Air Condition definitely deserves one. I’ve had them come to my house twice and both times they were above and beyond helpful. The first time I called them they sent out Max who was absolutely great. He came out and was gone in less than 20 minutes and had everything done and working like a brand new unit. The second time they sent out Don who is absolutely awesome. As soon as he got here he assessed the situation, filled me in on what it was, got to work, and took the time to explain everything to me to not only make sure I understood what he was doing or what he did but also to Make sure that I was ok with whatever he was doing. I would absolutely 100% recommend them to anybody and everybody. They are a little more pricey than a few other places that I called but if there’s one thing that I’ve learned over the years is that you get what you pay for and this was just another example of that, I paid top dollar for their services but I absolutely got top-quality work done and honestly don’t think the cheaper places would’ve done things as good or had the customer service that Garner offers. The service tech was very professional, explained all of the options available, and then answered any questions or concerns I had. The installation itself was done quickly, I feel, for the work performed, replacing our inside air handler unit. After installation was complete the technician left the area they were working in cleaner than when they arrived. I will recommend Garner A/C to anyone I speak to who is looking for a HVAC service or installation company.

Very happy I chose Garner heating and A/C. Mr. Garner explained my options, gave solid recommendations and made the whole process painless. You can tell he hasn't forgotten that its his name attached to the job. I called on Tues, Mr. Garner was here on Wed and the system installed on Friday. Wow!

Techs: The whole team crushed it.. Smiles all day. My main points of contact were Ethan and Ryan. Both were happy to answer all my questions any time I asked, always with a smile. You can tell they both enjoy the work.

Special thanks to Ryan! The original duct work was sub par (multiple rooms that didn't cool) and he was able to correct it. Ryan also took the time to show me how the new thermostat worked and gave tips on how to use the new zoning features to get the best results.

Cooling/Feel: The upstairs was always hotter than the rest of the house (to be expected) and two rooms upstairs were even 4-5 degrees hotter than the upstairs. Not only does the entire house feel so much better, those two rooms feel incredible now (Zoning and duct work)

I could go on and on with how happy we are with the new system and the team who installed it.
I would definitely recommend Garner.
