My system wasn't cooling properly and wasn't cycling off. My system needed expensive repairs. Chase came out and went over my options with me. In the end I purchased a new system. The first one wasn't available so he sold me a different brand for the same cost. The installers were very efficient and professional. They guarantee their work for the life of the unit. I would recommend Garner for your AC/Heating needs.

Very happy customers! We got quotes from a few different companies to install a new AC system (our old one finally died on us). Only Garner took the time to ask us what we were looking for and explain all of our options (shout out to Chase!). Their installation people were polite and professional and they were in and out in one day. And their prices were at-or-lower than the other companies that gave us competing quotes! Very satisfied and confident in the quality of work they provided and we would be happy to recommend them to everyone who asks!

These guys are amazing! After reading the reviews I decided to give them a shot and get a third estimate to change out my ac. They did not disappoint and delivered! First an estimator came out and answered all my questions and gave me a price same day. Other companies were taking about two days to get back to me. Second visit was the day of installation. The technician Jason came with two other techs. He thoroughly went over all the equipment that got installed. The last visit was with Ryan who came out to check and make sure everything was installed correctly. All the techs that came out were super professional, courteous, and knowledgeable all while following covid guidelines wearing masks and booties for their shoes when they entered my home. One happy and satisfied customer here! Definitely recommend!!

Twice a year the wonderful people at Garner, call and make my appointment when it is convenient for me. They send an employee to check my unit in the house and in the backyard. It is serviced, cleaned and any thing that is done is explained to me. I don't have to worry about it because they will be back next season to take care of it again.
