Nearly 25 years ago we built our first home in Dripping Spring and Garner Heating and Air designed and installed the entire HVAC system. We are still living in that house today, and because of their superb work and excellent maintenance program our system was still running in tip top shape after nearly 25 years. Because the efficiency of HVAC systems designed by the manufacturers has greatly improved, we only recently asked this same company to change out the entire mechanical system. We absolutely love our new even quieter running system and noticed this past year a huge cost savings on our monthly energy bill. We’ve been impressed by their company for a lot of reasons, especially the courtesy and workmanship of their employees. After the new install they left our home better than they found it. I felt sorry for them having to work in such a small tough and cramped attic crawl space, but they still did an amazing job. They are true professionals in every sense of the word. While Garner Heating and Air has developed and expanded their business over the years, they have continued to maintain the same quality craftsmanship, honesty, and dependability you might come to expect in a family owned and operated business. I’ve known the Garner family all my adult life and so if you have HVAC needs of any kind I highly recommend that you call them immediately. You will be glad you did.

Starting with the sales team (Max). Max is very knowledgeable of their products, good communications and is easy to work with. The office staff keep me informed of scheduling. Ethan and his crew of three replaced two A/C units in my home. Both Ethan and his crew are very professional all around and did not hesitate to answer my questions during the installation, and I had many questions, etc. You could tell that the team of four have worked together and everyone knew what to do and when. I contacted Garner A/C after I used a different company to try and located a leak I had in my new Mini Split system. I was charged several hundred dollars and the problem was never fixed correctly. On top of my frustration the installer with the other company was less than professional and not interested in solving the issue. Elijah with Garner A/C was a true professional with a level of knowledge unmatched and truly dedicated to fixing the problem. His attitude and personality was respectful and pleasant to work with.
