On March 13, a very pleasant Brendan Baker gave our HVAC a thorough checkup and assured me that everything was working properly. On their recommendation, Garner Heating & Air Conditioning installed the heat pump about seven years ago. I have been extremely pleased with it as it performed well and lowered our electric bill by more than half even through the summer. I fully recommend this courteous, professional, and service oriented company.

B. Baker with Garner Heating and Air is amazing. He serviced everything professionally, and based on his service; I decided to renew an annual contract. He was on time and answered all of my questions.

We were extremely pleased with the service Matt provided us. During the ice storm ,we lost both heaters and Matt quickly diagnosed the problem and got one going. The other unit required a new part which he ordered and followed up in a timely manner. Both units were restored to working order. We will definitely use Garner Heating& Air for any future maintenance.

We had Garner AC come out and check our Carrier AC unit before summer to make sure everything was working properly. We bought the maintenance contract for them to come out twice a year to check our unit. They were prompt in coming out and spent about 2 hours going over everything. They discovered the compressor fan motor was bad and had to be replaced. In addition, they replaced the condenser torque booster because it was over 4 years old and was about to go out.
We had not needed to use our AC until about a week later and the AC would not turn on. We called them back and they were out within the hour and spent another two hours going over everything again and also programmed our thermostat for us. They found a short and replaced the contacts and it is cooling wonderfully. They did not charge us anything for their time or the part since they had just been out. I would definitely recommend them for service on your AC.

Service member was not only on time but early which was a plus for me. He was professional and knowledgeable on what he was saying and doing. The only negative thing was the cost. The items needed were in my opinion marked up too high. I realize the company has a make a profit, prices are too high.

We were referred to Garner by our son and had the best experience with them. Chase, our Comfort Consultant, was very attentive to our requests before & during our install. He came back to inspect our new system a couple weeks after it was done to make sure everything was perfect - and it is.
The lead on our install was Ethan, who explained each item that was a problem with the old system and gave us photos to illustrate. During the job, he let me know the progress & gave photos of the new system for every former trouble spot. Ethan's 2 technicians, Jason & Angel, were great, polite, & cleaned up every place there was any indication they had ever been here.
Our new system runs so well that we actually had to set our thermostat to a higher temp because we got cold. It's run like a dream when the temps hit near 100° this past weekend.
We're thrilled with our new system & the great work Garner did! Hire them - you won't regret it.

I have been a Garner Heating and A/C customer for several years. I renew my maintenance contract each year with full confidence that Garner H&A/C will provide the best professional service at a reasonable price. In the recent maintenance services, Brendan, the technician informed me of his findings and recommendations for keeping my home system in top notch condition. He asked me to go outside to the unit so I could see what he was about to explain. To me, that shows honesty and integrity on behalf of Garner and the technicians.
