Our house air conditioning system stared having problems on a Saturday . My first business on the list I compiled was Garner Heating and Air Condition . I called it was around 8:30 AM Monday .
A person answered and promptly assisted and was able to schedule a technician within a four hour time frame . Two technicians arrived Dan and Zach they were helpful with all information and took the time to explain and show me the problem . The issues was fixed and resolved . This Garner heating and air conditioning will be my go to company for any heating and air problems . I appreciate their professionalism and excellent service.

Garner A/C came to the rescue when my home warranty company went rogue during a heat wave in my home (had a 2-year old in house), so, I called Garner A/C in sheer frustration mode as I know the owners. Max called and let me know the time he would arrive that same day. He was there exactly when he said he would be, diagnosed the issue, gave me my options and got it up and running in no time at all.
Max was extremely polite with impeccable manners, wasn't pushy on the options and explained everything in layman's terms so I could wrap my brain around the details. I knew exactly what to tell my home warranty service guys when they finally showed up the next day, and they confirmed what Max had told me was correct.
My 2-year old grandson appreciated the quick service Max provided, and so did the adults! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GARNER HEATING & AIR!

We first used Garner Heating and AC to service the original system in our house built in 1993. The in-the-attic system was builders-grade quality, but Garner kept it going and kept us cool and warm for years, 'til it finally gave out in 2008. Doug recommended replacing it with a heat pump unit, and explained the differences and advantages, but never pressured us in either direction. We went with the heat pump and are extremely pleased with it. It has saved us over $100.00 per month in the warmer and cooler months, and has more than paid for itself. We also decided to sign up for the service agreement, and Garner comes out twice a year, before the hot or cold weather sets in, to clean, inspect, service and maintain the unit.
Sunday (naturally), 6/25/17, our unit gradually stopped cooling. I requested a service appointment on-line. Karen called the next morning and scheduled us for that afternoon. Don originally came out and sweltered in the near-100 degree heat (closer to 130 in the attic) to diagnose the problem, a pinhole near a joint in one of the supply lines which caused the system to freeze up. Ryan, Cody & Zach arrived soon after to do the repair, and to completely check the system to ensure there were no other leaks or problems. They must have spent close to 6-8 man-hours doing the repair. When it came time to settle up, Ryan explained that, while the part repaired wasn't normally covered under the 10-year P&L warranty, it was a part that they had handled during the original installation, and was therefore covered by their company's customer satisfaction warranty. He said there would be no charge for the repairs. I was amazed! How many other companies would have gone to these lengths to repair a nine-year-old system, and then charge nothing. All I can say is that Doug and Karen Garner, and each of their staff, are and have always been genuinely nice, honest, hard-working people who take care of their customers and take pride in their work. I can't say enough in highly recommending them to others.

I needed my A/C replaced and after getting several quotes from some of the larger AC companies in Austin, I decided to get one last quote from a smaller local company. I read many positive reviews about Garner and so I decided to ask for a quote from them as well. Doug came right out to my house and took a look at my AC and attic ductwork and insulation. He gave me a very fair quote and also included several other repairs or adjustments that none of the other companies even mentioned. When Doug’s team came out to install my new system, they were efficient and thorough and did a very clean professional job! I had no complaints at all.

I have nothing but accolades for Garner HVAC. Their service personnel are very knowledgeable, professional and service oriented. Options were presented without pressure. I felt valued as a customer and did NOT feel like they were doing a “rushed job”. I have and will continue to recommend this company.

Mr. Torres was great. We’ve been using Gardner for several years and Mr. Torres was exactly what I expected based on past experiences. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. High recommend the company and all the employees.

Matt was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about my HVAC system. He did a very thorough job and probably wouldn't have found the problem if he hadn't. It' cost more than I wanted, but doesn't it always?
