    Around bedtime on a Friday night in early June, I discovered that my AC had gone out. I woke up early Saturday and called several companies. AIM was the first to return my call. They were understanding and placed me on the same-day schedule. The technician, Kenny, arrived sooner than expected, and was professional, kind, and courteous. My AC was fixed before 11 am and at a fair price. I was thoroughly impressed by the superior customer service of AIM during what was a stressful moment for me. I cannot thank them enough and I will sing their praises to anyone in need of AC or heating services.

    My ac unit wasn't cooling and the company that came to my house told me I needed a complete new ac system. My system is only 4 years old. I called AIM, Kenny came over and told me the problem. I set an appointment with AIM, two days later, Jordan and James came over and repaired my system. All of them did an awesome job. They saved me thousands of dollars.     A quick shout out to Kevin and everyone at AIM who did an outstanding job of diagnosing and replacing equipment that had caused a long term issue with our business HVAC system. We were dreading another hot summer with no solid answers on how to get our system on point. Kevin came in and identified the design flaw, ordered the necessary parts and insulation and came in at budget as promised. We couldn't recommend AIM and Kevin any higher. Honest.Reliable.Quality.

    We have had a great experience with AIM A/C and Heating Service. They are on time; they text before they come. Their service is comprehensive. The only negative is their air filters are sky high-much higher than purchasing them at the big box store. Their professionals are courteous and treat their customers with respect. They will wear a mask, if requested. At the height of covid, they wore a mask always. They wear foot coverage as not to get floors dirty. They did our new AC/Heater install. We have a yearly service contract with them, which includes one spring visit and one winter visit. We have been happy with AIM A/C and Heating Service.

    If you're looking for someone to replace your A/C unit, search no more! There's truly a few good HVAC companies out there to choose from, and it's a BIG investment. So we did our research & interviewed our top choices. We ended up hiring AIM A/C and Heating Services for a complete HVAC replacement in our 15 year old home, and we are absolutely confident we made the right choice. We spent quite a bit of time with Kevin King learning about our options (we have 2 zones which makes ours a little more complicated than most) and what his company provides. He is a tremendously likeable and trustworthy man to do business with. He educated us on things we didn't even know were options, and let us know at what point any extra money spent wouldn't give us a return on investment.

    AIM was able to get the new unit ordered and ready in just 1 week. In the meantime, they came by our house TWICE (at no charge) to temporarily fix our existing unit just to get us through the 1 week wait. They responded to us so quickly, even though we hadn't even paid anything yet. That really impressed me. They will do whatever is possible to keep you comfortable until your new unit comes in.

    They just left an hour or so ago after completing the all-day installation. Our new Lennox is purring quietly and it feels so good in here. I can't wait to see our next electricity bill! The technicians that came to our house (and Kevin came by, too) were very professional and friendly. They made sure to keep any mess to a minimum and cleaned up 100% when they were done. Then Cesar Posas spent the extra time afterward to educate us on everything, get us completely set up online, and answer any questions we had. He even got our iPhone apps set up/connected so we can manage everything from our phones. Then afterwards AIM does the paperwork of registering your warranty and filing any rebates (PEC has one right now) for you.

    If you have any questions about who to call for service and/or a new HVAC system, you can't go wrong with AIM. I highly recommend them!

    *Ask them about the REME Halo -- I'm super excited about this new technology that cleans your air and kills germs. We've got pets and cooking sometimes fills the house with that "smell" (especially after frying). According to Kevin, and the REME Halo website, it actively cleans the air of those smells and more. Can't wait to give a review on that in a few weeks!

    EDIT 07/20/2021 -- It's been 11 months since we had our new HVAC installed. I am thrilled to report that our electricity bill has substantially decreased with this new system -- an average of 35-40% decrease every month. That's a huge, substantial savings! Also, the REME HALO Whole Home Air Purification system is sooooo worth it! Whenever we get an odd smell (like burned dinner!), the scent is eliminated incredibly fast. Our air smells fresh & clean all the time. Also, our allergies are definitely improved. REME Halo is worth the little extra $$.

    Crimminies. I'm shell-shocked by the decrease on my bills. This is absolutely awesome.

    I've been using them since early 2014. Found them by total accident - drove by their yard when they were still on FM 2001 in Buda.
    Owner has just been repairing my heat pump - at least every 6 months something would break & I'd be without heat/AC.
    Finally decided to REPLACE the entire system (January 2023) - outside unit & inside unit.
    Cesar (he's my guy - always the one to show up to fix something that was wrong) & his guys came out right on time. Turn around time was to be 6 hours. Nope - done way faster.
    They laid protective tarps all over the place where they were going to be dragging components in & out of the house.
    My electricity bills have rarely been under $230.00 a month. My bill for this month is $120.42. WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!!
    Big time kudos go out to AIM for having such wonderful techs & for keeping Cesar happy so he'll stay around for a long long time.

    We have used AIM to service our central unit each spring & fall for as long as I remember. We credit them for keeping our unit, original to our house, for hanging in there 24 years! That is something in Texas weather. They are friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and efficient. We can't recommend them enough!

    If you need help with your HVAC I highly recommend AIM. I had a problem with the airflow with my unit and had 3 bids made. The first two gave me solutions that would cost a couple of thousand dollars. AIM came in and told me that the flu was stuck and they fixed it in 30 seconds without charge!!!
    When I wanted to install an air filter they had the model I was looking for and the price was reasonable. They installed it quickly and without incident.
    Most recently I had my AC break down on a 95 degree day, of course, also when I had family in town visiting. They were at my house within 4 hours and had the unit fixed 1 hour after that. Thanks goodness.
    Again, highly recommend for all your needs!

    When it's 100° in the middle of August and your AC goes out in Austin, you need to call AIM. They are a Lennox Premier Dealer which means they have access to the Signature line, and they offered the best price of all the dealers I spoke with. Kevin, the sales person, is responsive and knowledgeable which enabled me to quickly build trust and rapport with him.

    Once I decided to go with AIM, they purchased the replacement unit the same day, and Sesar was at my house before 8am the next morning to start the installation. I was impressed that Kevin also visited my house to provide a personal, concierge level of customer service.

    Sesar is very experienced and has a vast understanding of his profession and the advanced details of Lennox systems. The quality and attention to detail of the installation couldn't be better.

    The unit itself is much quieter than the previous one, and it's a great relief to have the AC fixed in less than 24 hours.
