Gary at HMS was amazing and very professional. He saved the day after my wife called me while I was on the road with the bad news that our AC went out. Being away, I was worried about someone trying to take advantage of my wife…husbands can relate, I’m sure! I had no reason to worry about HMS. Gary went above and beyond expectations by calling me personally and explained the issues and choices to solve the problem. He even texted me pictures! Hard to find customer service like that anymore. My wife and I thank you sir!

UPDATE 01 AUG 2017: We are purchasing a new house and we noticed the HVAC system looks pretty bad, but we were nearing the end of our option period. We called Gary to see if he could inspect the units, and to our surprise, he went out that night! After the inspection, Gary came to our place and explained everything. We were happy to hear that there were no major issues, which put our minds at ease. Thanks Gary!

Gary is the most honest guy out there. He never just skims the surface, he digs deep and finds the issue. Honesty is so important in this day and age. He has been to my house several times working on a very old Hvac system, I am to cheap to replace it yet. He always is such a respectful and honest guy. I will continue to use this company and when I change my system, he will be the one to do it!

HMS (Gary) has always been really fast at getting back with me and usually shows up the same day when we have any issues. We have had AC trouble since 2016 and after SEVERAL HVAC and electrician visits, HMS was the only one that actually FIXED the problem!!! Will never use anyone else!

Exceptional happy with the responsiveness and getting the job done. Gary went out to our rental property on a moments notice and got the AC back up and running. Obviously an honest man - he could have easily told me I needed a new unit being that is a 40 year old unit. Would use again!!

HMS offers great HVAC work. Known the owner since grade school and trust them for my air conditioning/heat needs. They service my unit twice a year to help extend its life and adjust/modify to be more efficient. Very trustworthy and prices are fair.

Gary was awesome and super responsive! They replaced our entire HVAC system in one day with no problems and for less than I expected.

I had the pleasure to have Mr. Gary Hays work on my heat pump. He discovered the issue quickly and explained every scenario involving my situalion vividly and easy to understand.
