KW Air on 494 are family owned and handle things in an honest manner. The few times things haven't gone smoothly, they always make it right. Yes, they aren't the least expensive company around, but they stand behind their product, they try hard to come out the day you call, and we'll use them until one of us retires. Shout out to Enrique who has been here for a few hours now. He found a few issues that would require an additional visit soon as well as the main problem. Very nice, professional, and detail oriented.

The Service tech was on-time, courteous and completed routine maintenance on our A/C units. We use Kingwood Air Conditioning and Heating before the summertime heat every year to maintain our A/C.

Had Enrique Ramirez at my house for my twice a year check up. He was on time, respectful, and very open to educate me on my system! I feel he did a more thorough check than previous techs. Kudos to Kingwood AC for hiring high quality people!

They have always been punctual on our appointments. I love them they use shoe covers after working outside when they come into the house.

Just had furnance check by Enrique and he went the extra service to repair some duct insulation and add a missing drain cap. Additionally, I asked Enrique to go over the proper way to clean the a/c unit coils. I feel very comfortable about making sure the coils stay clean!
