Called on a Saturday for an emergency repair and their sales answering service had no idea what a central unit was and kept offering me someone to come fix my window unit who lives over 300 miles away..
Y’all need a better answering service!

Don't call after hours. The people answering the phone sent me to a tech who was over 300 miles away. When I questioned her about why she did that, she hung up and refused to answer the phone afterwards. Will not call again.

Called for an AC repair on a sunday. They answered the phone but forwarded me to Home Advisor call center.
