Great work. Professional and on-time. Service was performed quickly and they cleaned up after themselves. Not a five-star rating because I asked them to come in and out of the garage door to get into the house so that neither of our cats would get out. One did, because they didn’t close the front door behind them. Cat is safely back inside, but I didn’t need the stress this morning.

Dawson Heating & Cooling does exceptional work. They communicate well along the appointment times and work completed. They are thorough and clean in their approach making sure everything is back in order.

I have been fortunate to start this relationship with the Dawson's when Justin first started. They are honest and dependable. Their service is first rate and reasonably priced. I have bought 3 systems from them for my older home all 3 were installed on time, within budget and true to bid. In Kerrville you would be hard pressed to do better.

We chose Dawson A/C after receiving several bids for the new install on a remodel. They were great working with the crazy construction schedule. They are now our go to for service on our other properties. We recently got hit by lightning and I was so afraid they would be too busy to come out but I was wrong. They were there the next day. Dawson has worked on my A/Cs in my personal house and my rental units for years. Just last week, the hotest week of the year so far and in the heat of the day, they replaced a compressor. They are always quick to respond and very reasonable on their prices. I never call anyone else.

Very professional and they provided quick service. Found the problem and parts on order. Update: the repair was scheduled to take 6 hrs but Evan had the old coil remove, new coil installed and the system up and running in a couple hours or so. Highly recommend.

I had an emergency, the drain line was clogged and water was seeping onto my floor. I called and the technician was at my house in less than 30 minutes and this was on one of those 100+ degree days. I'm sure they were swamped, but they took care of me right away. I have used Dawson A/C & Heating since 2015 and have always had great service at a reasonable price.

James Rector did all installation during construction in 2018. He has maintained systems ever since. Evan did awesome job today
