A friend of mine's Ac was acting up, we called Texas Air care and they came out the next day and serviced my buddie's unit, in and out in a little over and hour, great service and fair price. The tech John Neal was absolutely great

I've dealt with John for over a year. He's never left us hanging in the Houston heat, and was at my home within 20 minutes of my call on a Sunday night. He is upfront about the OT, especially during off peak hours (when most guys will tell you to stuff it on a weekend or holiday). He and his team were able to get us comfortable within minutes, and had our replacement coil in the next day (today) within an hour and a half. They were impeccably clean despite the rain, and muddy yard. He doesn't use a lot of jargon and double talk, and brings things down to a layman's level, pitches the price and gives you the option to say yes or no. He stand by his work granting you a one year guarantee on labor, so you know if it's shotty work he'll fix it. I do consider him a friend and trust his judgment.
