The service tech was friendly, knowledgeable, wore a mask and thorough. They are exceptional. We purchased a system from them about 2 yrs ago. They came to check an issue and serviced it with a smile. I am glad we used them.

I called a little too late on a Friday night and had to leave a message for services. I tried to go somewhere else and was stood up after 4 hours of trying to get a 24 hour service out to help me. Service pros called me back first thing Saturday morning and immediately came out and fixed my issue. He is highly dependable and quick. Highly recommend this company. Will always use them going forward. Absolutely great customer service.

Jennifer was very friendly, professional and helpful. Jennifer scheduled my A/C appointment. She even called me back to confirm a technical question after speaking with a A/C tech. She also called the day of the appt. just before the A/C (Daniel) arrived.

Daniel the A/C was just the same - friendly, professional and helpful. Did a great job tuning up the A/C unit and checking for issues. The A/C is definitely running smoother.

We had our maintenance check this afternoon. Daniel Hayes gave a great service check on our a/c. We really appreciated the reminder call so we could meet him on time. Great job.

I called and Daniel and Mando showed up in less than 90 minutes (and actually called prior saying their job they were on finished a bit early). When they got here, they were very friendly and professional. They troubleshot the issue w/ the A/C (fuse blowing due to worn wires at the external unit), cleaned the units and filled freon...all at a rate I felt very comfortable with. I now have my HVAC go-to team...thank you.

All round great experience working with Jennifer and the work crew. First contact was Monday (public holiday) and by Tuesday my air was fixed! It was also the best price I got for the repair. Thank you Service Pros!

I have used Service Pros for my AC and heating needs for two years now. They are courteous, punctual and do quality work. I would recommend to anyone looking for home heating or cooling specialists.

I was almost scammed by ANOTHER HVAC company who told me the AC compressor died, quoting me $1650 for parts and labor. My wife was suspicious, so we called Service Pros, and Daniel quickly identified the problem as a malfunctioning capacitor, not the compressor. He replaced the capacitor for $149. We cannot thank him enough for the honesty and very quick repair! He earned our trust!

Called service pros at 6:00pm. Daniel answered the phone and said he would call me back if he could get someone to come out. Called back in 10 mins and said HE would be at my house in 20mins! Was prompt, professional, honest and thorough! Had the part in his van, fixed the problem and was done with the whole process in 30mins!! The amount he charged was very fair and we did not feel taken advantage of! We will def keep his number in our phones for future issues and will tell anyone and everyone we know about him and his company!! Thank you so much Daniel!
