Service Pros Air Conditioning & Heating

This is 2nd time we have used Service Pros, and both times have been excellent honest service. Daniel knows HVAC, and does not try to sell you anything other than what's needed for the repairs. This time the AC downstairs stopped cooling, and Daniel quickly identified the starting capacitor as the cause. He had a replacement on his truck and within minutes our AC was working again. Total repair bill was $149 for Capacitor and $59 for service call, total was $208 and well worth it.
We will not hesitate to call Service Pros in the future as we are totally satisfied with their outstanding customer service, thanks!!!

Great service at a great price! We all know how easily a/c repair costs can skyrocket. But Daniel just fixed mine in less than thirty minutes for way less than I had anticipated! I will definitely call him anytime I need service!

I don't usually choose the cheapest,just because it is the cheapest, but when I approached several different AC installers They came out and quoted and gave very little information. The level of detail in Service Pros AC quote far surpassed the rest. I knew exactly what was being installed and what was included in the quote. When I had a question they did not just agree to the change I was sent another detailed quote with the change listed. There was no ambiguity about what I was getting. The guarantees and standard of equipment, plus it mean a lot to me that they use local manufactures. And they were the cheapest by quite a bit! When it came to the install (two units a 4 and a 3 tonne) the workers were extremely helpful, and cleaned up like they were never there. I would highly recommend this company,

Daniel was our tech that showed up for a service and inspection that we had requested of our AC unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and he shared with us what he was doing each step of the way and explained it so we would understand. He did a great job!!

Very nice and kind service crew. I trust them such that I left them working in my home without my presence or supervision. Since my work schedule varies day to day, they were patient enough every time I postponed the appointment. The reason that I did not give him the full 5 stars is because the crew was not that clear in the scope of work. Most importantly, Daniel, the head crew, looked at other issues in my HVAC system and attic ventilation without extra cost. Overall I am pleased with their service and will use them again. The price is reasonable.

Everything was professionally done and the tech Daniel really take the time to go through everything patiently and helped us to replace the motor and fix a few minor issue after the check up, I am happy to recommend this company and Daniel to anyone. Great work!

Called in for service check up on my AC system and the service team arrived at the scheduled time. They performed a complete check of my system including attic and outside units. Changed air filter, checked drain lines, checked electrical connections, replaced battery in outside unit under warranty, checked Freon level, checked compressor, check fan motor, washed and cleaned outside unit.

The service team was very professional, explained in detail of all the work they were going to do and all the work performed. The type of professionalism displayed by the service team was the best I could ask for. They were very respectful and attentive to all questions I had during the service performed.

Daniel came out to give an estimate on our heating system within 2 hours of contacting him. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and knew exactly what the problem was. We definitely recommend this company.

Wow! My faith has been restored in service technicians. We all know how uneasy it is to have to call a technician out to analyze issues when most of them are out to maximize on the ignorance of customers. Daniel has truly been a God sent for our family.
