I was given a window of time for when someone would arrive, and then Mike called me to alert me that he was on his way, which I appreciated. He explained everything to me regarding the work that he did, and he was clean, neat, professional and polite. I have no way to judge the quality of the work that was done, but my experience with Able Heating And Air Conditioning so far has been positive, and I am going to trust in Mike's overall professionalism. We called Able Heating And Air Conditioning to come and replace a broken furnace at our home late last year. They were very competitive and charged us reasonable rate. Since then, they have been very helpful on the couple of occasions we have had them out to check on the unit and do maintenance. Jeremy our Able Heating And Air Conditioning, did a great job in the preventative maintenance of my heating and air conditioning system. My A/C system drain lines have a history of stopping up due to the build up of mold. Jeremy cleaned everything including drain line and coil. Thank you Jeremy.
