WAS TOLD THAT MY BLOWER MOTOR HAD GONE OUT AND THAT IT WAS SUPPOSEDLY A "SMART MOTOR" , WHICH DOESN'T REALLY EXIST AND THAT IT COST $1140. WELL , WHEN I CALLED LENNOX IT COST $480. I UNDERSTAND WE ARE IN BUSINESS TO MAKE A PROFIT , BUT A $700 PROFIT ON A $480 OUTLAY I THINK IS OUTRAGEOUS. SPOKE TO THE OWNER AND HIS ATTITUDE WAS REALLY THAT IT IS WHAT IT IS. PLEASE SHOP AROUND AND BE CAUTIOUS BEFORE LETTING THESE GUYS IN TO REPAIR YOUR SYSTEM
