Great service! Our ac unit went out Pepper Air sent repairman out same day. Repairman after trouble shooting able to determine compressor went out. Replaced with new unit from Lennox a few days later earlier than expected.

John the technician came out and had to do a lot to fix and repair our system. The a/c unit is only 5 years old but had some minor things like the fan, condensation pipe needed to be cleared, so it had to be done.
I have cancer and can’t do a lot unfortunately. But he cut down part of a tree limb to gain access to the unit.
Very nice and apologetic about that he did find that needed repaired. Explained things thoroughly and again, always hoped for the least to do but found a few things that needed to be done so that little to nothing would need done in the future.

Pray our family is in great hands with this company as well as my overall health.
