Have used them for repair, but we needed a whole new heating and AC system. They were professional and did a quick job and left it cleaner than it was before they arrived.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Neil came out to fix our unit within 3 hours of calling. Not to mention it on a Sunday and the hottest day of the year. We called every company you can think of and no one was available or willing to come out, except these guys. Neil was knowledgeable and gave great tips to save on our electric bill. He was absolutely fantastic. I can't say enough.

I've been using Pepper Air for 10+ years and they have always been prompt and professional.

Before leaving a review I waited for almost a month. I want to say that Patrick, John and there helper were very kind and knowledgeable. After the 1st visit it was determined that a whole new ac unit was needed, and this was after John tried all he could to get my 12 year unit to work. They were kind enough to let us borrow some indoor ac units so we could bare the 100 degree heat till the new unit came in. I am the type of person who likes to watch and see everything that is happening while installation is going on, and no matter my question they made sure to answer everything with a smile. They will now be the only company I will call for ac. Thank you so much for everything

I called Pepper Air Conditioning & Heating to get my old AC unit checked. I liked that they were local. They fit me in right away. John was on time and professional. He did a good job checking my system. I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me things I didn’t need which was nice. I would definitely use them again.
