They saved my bacon!!! I was sure I needed a new unit at my business. I was away after my wife had just given birth to our son. And I’m sure most A/C guys would have been perfectly content selling me a new unit. He found my problem and fixed it in just a few minutes while I away. He emailed me my bill a few days later.
