Just bought a house that we knew had an old AC. Thomas is a real professional after dealing with other companies he helped us figure it out with great proposals for options. They are high tech and have a high bar for integrity. Once we decided he got it done the same week in one day of hard work installing the attic and outdoor units with his team. House was cool by 7:30 pm. And a great future seasonal service plan as part of the deal. Confidence and Trust is peace of mind. We totally recommend Ridgewood AC/Heating.

Called to book our spring AC check up and the woman who answered the phone was very courteous and friendly and worked with our schedule. Our technician showed up right on time, did a thorough job and let us know what he was doing every step of the way. He was very professional and friendly and gave us some helpful suggestions. Although I did not get to use there service due to a high valium of calls. They did recomend me to another company that could help me faster. I had my A/C repaired in a matter of hours. House was hot when arrived home after 5pm, they answered on and arrived quickly. The diagnostics was meticulous. The explanation of the problem and repair necessary was very clear. System was repaired and we are cool now!

They do such a great job when they come out to Sun Valley Apartments also.

We just used Ridgewood today after our AC broke down on Saturday evening. The response was quick. Fairly priced, and professionally fixed. Not only is the AC fixed but it’s immediately colder than before! We are very satisfied and will be using this company for all future maintenance needs.

The tech from Ridgewood Ac and Heating called to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the time I had agreed upon.
