Great service. Esdel my technician was very friendly and diagnosed and handled the issue with my AC efficiently and with care. He took the time to explain what exactly caused the issue with my condensation pump what will prevent the issue in the future. I will be signing up to have Green Leaf do my biannual check up.

The installation crew was here promptly at 9:00 and stayed until both the downstairs and upstairs units were replaced, including replacing the return air ducts that had been improperly installed by the builder. Both units now provide the proper air flow to rooms that never had properly cooled. Brent and his team were extremely professional and easy to work with. Pricing was extremely competitive with other companies and they were able to do the job immediately.

Then this last time they gave me numbers of replacing my unit, with discounts and rebates, to see real numbers and possible numbers

House furnace stopped functioning. Called Green Leaf to take a look. They were able to make it out quickly to inspect. Said a component was broken, and while we *could* order a new part, they highly recommended replacing the whole system due to safety (note - system is still years from being beyond its life). I asked how long it would take for the part to come in, and was told "1-2 weeks lead time," whereas they could do the costly system replacement within a day or so. Further, the service call fee could only be applied to the whole system replacement, but not the part repair.

The pressure to replace the system seemed fishy, so I called another company to check out the problem. Received the same diagnosis, but wasn't pushed to replace the whole system. The other company got the part the next day and installed for cheaper than Green Leaf had quoted. Sad that Green Leaf felt the need to misrepresent supply issues in order to try to push me to do a much more expensive repair.

I wanted to like this local company. The service tech was very friendly and on-time. But sadly I won't be going back to them, as I cannot trust their recommendations.

Thought my capacitor was going out on my AC unit so I called Green Leaf AC & Heating to check it. They were very prompt, friendly and keep me updated throughout the diagnostics. Turns out the capacitor was fine and all that needed cleaning was the condenser. They were honest and very thorough with their work and I was only charged for the diagnostics. They also provided quotes for reapairs I may need in the near future. I would highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their AC / Heating unit.

Good sales team and install overall.
While there were a few problems very early on, Ed was quickly on it and resolved the issues with no additional charges for some new equipment that he installed to ensure that the system was properly working.

Ed came to the house later that week and did a new owner orientation with me and made sure everything was up to spec.

This was a huge purchase and they were the best price out of the 4 bids we got from local companies.

We are happy sofar (only been 2 full weeks) as to how well the system has worked. Only time will tell and we are hoping to get at least 15-20 years of service out of it.

So i didn't have the best go at 1st, but the owner reached out to me. For one you never here from the owners and for me that was amazing. Im ex military and pride myself on
integrity, owning responsibility and pride in what you do, I try to teach my kids these skills. After a very intuitive conversation more clarity was brought to light. I would recommend Green Leaf to any new customer. The owner and his wife has built a long lasting company built off of personal and responsible needs of there customers. And because of the actions the owner took gives them a five rating any day of the week. Thank you

I have been researching new A/C systems for the past year and received numerous quotes from very expensive to questionable, knowing that my 17 year old system would soon expire. I found an ad for Green Leaf A/C and Heating and cut it out and kept it for two months. Last Sunday my A/C went out so I called Green Leaf at 9:30 pm and the owner Eddie came out in 20 min. Eddie within 30 min of diagnosing the problem had me back in business. I was so impressed I called them back 2 days later to ask Eddie to come back out and give me a quote on a new system. Eddie assisted me with designing a new and very energy efficient system for my home. The pricing was excellent for the quality system I purchased. Eddie conveniently scheduled my install, explained every aspect of the process and sent an outstanding crew (Robert and Javier) to my home. Green Leaf exceeded all my expectations, I will recommend them to all my family and friends. I am in the service industry and Eddie and his team has raised the bar for outstanding customer service that goes above and beyond. Thank you, Ray
