Green Leaf AC, Heating, and Plumbing

This review is long overdue as these guys are my go-to AC repairman. In the past 4 years I have had to replace two 15-year-old A/C units, and it's only a matter of time before the 3rd one needs replacing too. These are the guys I call. When our first old unit went out in the middle of summer, Green Leaf was able to get a unit delivered and installed in a turn around of under 32 hours, if not less. Getting a new unit installed with such a fast turnaround for our tenant and their young children was incredible, especially in the middle of summer. A little over a year later, when our own unit went out, we used Green Leaf again for the replacement. When the upstairs unit goes, Green Leaf will be who we call. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our units. Not only do we trust them to do good work, but they diagnose the issue. They don't try to sell us what we don't need. They're honest. We couldn't be more pleased and we're happy to give them our business.

Green Leaf Heating and Air just completed a replacement of our two heating and cooling units, installed air scrubbers and whole house filters. Our 15-year-old AC unit went out one night and we knew it was time to consider replacements. We had two bigger companies come out to give quotes. Eddie, the owner, came out and fixed the issue first, replacing the capicator which gave us some time to consider all the options. He got us a quote the next day and didn’t pressure us in any way. We decided a few weeks later to have Green Leaf do the work.

The crew got the job done in a day, were very focused on completing the job on time, hardly taking a break for lunch. The system is running great, can barely hear it and haven’t had to make an adjustment to the thermostat in more than a week.

Eddie treated us more than fairly, and we feel like we got a good buy. We would recommend Eddie and his team for repair work or replacement. We will be calling him again when we need maintenance or service.

After meeting with Josh and getting our price quote we agreed on a date for them to come over...once they arrived, they were quick to get to work and fix a duct issue and install the system. The technicians were quick to explain everything that was done and how to operate the equipment as well as maintenance. I would recommend Green Leaf to anyone and everyone. I forgot to mention that the beat the quote give to us by a so called "honest" company by 3K...

The summer heat is coming so we got a Tune Up for our AC unit. As a homeowner I could not be more satisfied with the service provided. Green Leaf AC and Heating sent out technician Edsel Perez and he was absolutely the best in the business. He provided information on what he was going to do and be looking for. He was very professional but more importantly very informative to me the home owner. His knowledge let me know we made the best decision in calling Green Leaf. He did an excellent job in all his checkpoints on the outside unit, the furnace area, and indoor thermostat. I will recommend Edsel Perez and Green Leaf AC to all my neighbors, friends, and family. This was a Great experience and again as the homeowner I am assured I had the Best in the Business assisting me. In a time of need..... I WILL CALL Green Leaf and ask for Edsel Perez!!!!! I called Green Leaf due to my AC not working. They responded quickly, were very friendly and got a technician out the same day. They even showed up early. Ricky was great! He was very professional and checked my system and talked to me about realistic options. I would definitely recommend Green Leaf to friends and family!

8 month old little one in the house and our AC went out at 4:00 pm on an August Thursday afternoon. We live in a rental house and the AC is too small (and old) for the house and struggles to cool the house in Texas summers anyway. It was 97 outside and the temperature inside our house quickly rose to 83-84 degrees in a short period of hours. Notified our landlord who said that the AC repair company could come out the following day. If it was just adults in the house, that would be fine, but not with a baby. We called around to find a hotel, but most were full due to evacuees from Hurricane Laura. Our landlord would not pay for any after hours emergency services. With a screaming (hot and tired) baby in one arm, I googled emergency AC repair and Green Leaf came up first and had good reviews. I called and got an actual person on the phone and she said someone would be out within the hour and the fee was very reasonable for after hours service. Ricky came out and fixed the AC issue and wrote a very detailed report for our landlord and routine AC maintenance company. Ricky was pleasant, knowledgeable and a fast worker. Would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend to a friend.

I don't typically write reviews but often use them and I can't say enough about Eddie and his team. Last year we had one of our units go out and due to the age of the home and existing systems decided to replace both systems. Green Leaf was extremely well priced and went out of their way to find the best rebates and financing options, the team was professional and did an excellent job. Its been over a year and we haven't had a single issue.

The real reason I am writing this review is because of my most recent experience with Eddie and his team. I came to them with a much smaller yet more complicated mini split in a 700 sq/ft house. Despite being a fraction of the size of my previous I received the same level of service and did an amazing job.

As a side note the front office staff is second to none in their professionalism and responsiveness.

My experience with Green Leaf was fantastic. The techs are knowledgeable, polite, and friendly; and if you don’t understand an issue, they take time to explain everything in depth and outline your options, giving their advice without putting you under pressure. The customer service is some of the best I have received: they are communicative, they get the job done quickly, and the pricing is fair. They’ve converted me into a loyal customer and I would recommend Green Leaf to anyone.

I found Green Leaf by putting out a call for bids on a new AC system on yelp. Eddie was the first to respond and called me within less than 10 minutes to provide a rough estimate. We had previously had a diagnostic and bid that seemed very high for a full system replacement and Eddie made me feel at ease. He offered to come out first thing in the morning, which was a Saturday and happened to be his daughter’s birthday! He came on time and was extremely efficient in explaining what the process would be like for replacing the system. We got a couple more quotes and Green Leaf came in cost-wise around what larger companies were offering.

Eddie was professional in explaining things to my wife and I, he was very timely, and his crew got the job done in less time than promised. Green Leaf even offered a better labor guarantee than other companies- two years included. I’ll be having them out in the future for anything else that we need service for on our home.
