Exceptional job to get the entire new HVAC system in our house before the big freeze. Highly recommend Atomic A/C.

Installed pendent lighting in my kitchen. They were efficient and professional. Every interaction with the company and team since the initial inquiry was professional and direct. The team was also very understanding of a situation that arose unexpectedly and willingly worked to accommodate us. They were very thoughtful and considerate. I appreciate doing business with people who care about people. We will definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Had capacitor die on our main AC unit on one of the 100+ degree spring Texas days. Atomic was able to come out, diagnose, replace, and check the other AC unit in just a few hours. Branden was communicative, direct, and helpful from initial call to service completion and invoicing. He informed me of the issues and related details without overwhelming me with the technical aspects. He also checked the status of the capacitor in the other unit free of charge. Atomic provided a replacement capacitor, American-made, with a 5 year warranty. Also super polite not to interrupt my wife who was working from home.

Jacob was super helpful. I’m a DIY guy and pretty much found the issue before he got here but he went into detail about possible causes and gave good advice. I had him give the whole system a look and he found other potential issues and gave me more advice without any high pressure sales tactics. Honest and friendly!

Jacob arrived within 1 hour of request for service. Very professional, answered my questions, and walked me through evaluation and suggested service. After, we tested to ensure cooling restored. Charge was very reasonable, and I highly suggest others use ATOMIC.
