He was very professional, courtesy, on time and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed my company's AC in a timely and efficient manner. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The work he did was top notch, not to mention very reasonable! It's obvious you all are one of the best in the business. This was the best service call I have ever experienced. Our AC went out in the middle of the night. I called early in the morning and The Temperature Company was able to come out in 2 hours and have our AC working in an hour! Marlon was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If we need anymore repairs, we will definitely give them a call.

I noticed some condensation from my ceiling and that my home was not as cool as it usually is. I called The Temperature Company after 5p. Within the hour a technician was at my home, repaired my unit and my home was cool by dinner.

I ultimately replaced my ac system with him. The pricing was reasonable, and it's working great so far. I greatly recommend him for any ac repair or new installation.

Previously I had a negative experience, but the manager called me after after I talked with the office and completely reversed my opinion about the Temperature Company. There was some basic miscommunication that was cleared up and a very knowledgeable technician was sent promptly to my house, on a Friday night, only a couple of hours after my call! They were really motivated to fix my AC and even gave me a discount for the miscommunication and made my experience with Temperature Company and awesome one. Business is complicated and issues occur but the super professional and accountable Temperature Company called and corrected the miscommunication and apologised for the difficulty. Now I hope that their company grows and I am able to patron them on a permanent basis. The Temperature Company really cares about customer relations and satisfaction.
