Update to a previous post. These guys are extremely dependable and really stand behind their work. The Owner was out that same day (Friday). The diagnosis, our 17-year-old unit had finally met its maker. The job required a brand-new unit which he was able to provide at an excellent, low margin cost that was installed the very next day (Saturday). It was only one night without AC but he dropped off a portable unit so our family could sleep comfortably. The service you get with an employee/veteran owned company will always surpass that of one of the many “corporate” outfits around Houston.

We called several companies trying to save some money after our first quote for a new ac/heater. It was so expensive! We wanted a company with a good record that was professional and would do a good job. We found Texas Eagle and were extremely pleased with the work, the communication, and how quickly they fit us in. My husband is a veteran and they gave us a military discount. That almost never comes up with big purchases, so we were very surprised and thankful for that. We’re very happy with the job they did and they saved us several thousand dollars! Great company! Highly recommended! Will use them for all our future ac and heater issues and are recommending them to our friends and family.

Hussein Alsafi was very respectful at doing his job. He makes every customer feel comfortable and he answers all possible questions they might have. Hussein makes sure his costumers have top quality experience and shows up on time to do the work. Not once have I felt that he was lacking in any task given. It has been a hassle finding companies to trust with professional services and not slacking on their work. A friend of mine recommended Texas Eagle so I went ahead and gave them a try. I wish I can give more than 5 stars with no doubt to the greatest HVAC company. I had issue with my AC is not cooling I called two companies prior calling Texas Eagle and both of them said I have to spend over 3K to fixe it. Then I called Texas Eagle they sent technician Hussein he showed up on time and he explained to me what’s the problem and he said I can fix it for you today and the cost will be 450 dollars. I was like no way but yes he did it and he educated me about my system. I highly recommend them and for sure I will use them in future.

Texas Eagle sent a team to my house less than 2 hours after my call, never had any faster service call from any other service providers.
I’m a very hard customer to satisfy and I’ve been using there services since 2020, they never disappointed me or gave me anything to complain.
They combined efficiency, affordability, and professionalism in one service provider.
I replaced my heating Unit last year and my AC unit this week and in both times I got top shelf service with great prices compared to over 15 quotes I got from different service providers.
They give you a detailed diagnosis, what needs to be done and what can wait, they never put me in the blind spot to take advantage.

Extremely responsive and had a scheduled appt to fix our issues on a Friday but our house was having issues. Hussein came out to my house around 9pm on the Wednesday to put in a temporary fix so our house was livable until they could actually fix the issue.
