My Mentor/Spiritual Mom Carolyn B. Hayes' air conditioning was not cooling Sunday evening. There was hot air blowing, she called 210 Warranty, they sent out Jamal Yaqoub and his son from Service Maxx, LLC. They worked tirelessly in the attic and outside to check everything making sure the unit was working properly, the unit was running hot.

An hour later, they had the unit running cool air. We will be able to sleep well tonight.

Ms. Hayes' sends special thanks to them both in sharing about the proper filters to use. They were very pleasant. Mr. Yaqoub was precise in diagnosing the problem and left Ms. Hayes with strategic instructions to prevent the problem in the future. She highly recommends his services.

My unit was leaking. They arrived with masks on and shoe covers. They were friendly and showed me how to address the issue in the future on my own. I'll definitely use them for my HVAC needs in the future

I can’t remember the last time I was very happy or satisfied with the Service provider. I have had several service providers that disappointed me in the past, Today I have renewed faith in service with integrity, Thank you so much I appreciate your help.

Both techs - Omar and Hussein were very knowledgeable. Reasonable pricing. Warranty on part and work done. I will definitely will call them in the future as needed.

I highly recommend this service. The heater was out all day. I made a call and they were here within an hour and repaired the problem. Will def use again.

Servicemaxx was here the next day after I called to repair our A/C. He and his nephew/helper were very friendly and efficient. I will call them for all my a/c and heating repairs/service.

The technician gave me a time window of 4 to 8 and he came before 5. I am giving him a performance rating of 10. He was very professional,courteous, and timely. Service Maxx is number 1 in my opinion.
