You already know it’s a upselling business when they offer you other services (plumbing, electrical) before you even tell them what your AC problem is. Technician barely spoke English and took a 10 minute break to talk on his phone.

Steve is a great technician. He explained to me the problem with my tankless water heater step by step until I completely understood. I highly recommend Matts Heating & Cooling for any heating and cooling needs.

They are scam artists. Sent people who had no idea what they are doing; did not have any of the correct tools. Not even license plates on the car. No uniform. Please be aware and be safe.
