If I could leave a review with ZERO stars I would. This was the WORST service ever. We had a technician come out Saturday to diagnose the issue, I Believe his name was Jeffery. He was there 5 minutes, took pictures of the model numbers, and said okay we will get in touch with you. We asked how this worked because our understanding was that the issue at hand would be repaired that day. After discussing he stated that They would call to collect the service charge. Maria, the owner I assume, called to collect the fee and I asked her again how this worked because we have already waited 2 weeks to have someone come look at the problem only to be told in 5 minutes they would get back to us. She said she would try to get someone to come out early one Wednesday morning before We went to work pending they can get the parts (understandable). She said she would call us back that day or Sunday to confirm and that we could make the payment when the call was returned. We never heard back and tried to call with no response and no call back. Tried again Monday and my call was ignored multiple times with no call back from my voicemail. Called yet again Tuesday with no response. This made at least 5 calls between my husband and I with ZERO call backs. Today I get a call from the warranty company saying they dropped our claim because we REFUSED PAYMENT! This is the WORST service We have ever received and then to top it off to try and make it our fault by lying saying we were refusing to pay when we were told we could pay when they called back to schedule the tech! Very unprofessional and a waste of time and money to even consider using this company for any service.
I am disappointed to say that I cannot and will not recommend J&M Appliance. This is the first time I have ever seen my wife visibly shaken because of how a service company handled our service request. Rude and condescending only begins to describe my wife’s treatment by these folks. The initial visit to diagnose the problem with our double oven went well enough, and we were told parts would be ordered, but after waiting several weeks we found out parts were not ordered, a follow up visit was not scheduled, calls not returned promptly, and when a date was finally scheduled, they did not show up, saying we were wrong on the date even when we had proof of their commitment. After additional calls to attempt to set up another convenient time, they finally refused to service us. Choose to use them at your own risk. They have not yet figured out what customer service is.
Such a horrible company, Maria was so rude to my mother about fixing her oven. Hard to contact and refused my parents service because they didn’t want to fix the problem. Never use this company EVER! This company should learn some customer service. If anyone would like some background to this review contact me, I have plenty of evidence that backs this review including a recorded call with Maria.
Do not recommend them! Overpriced, rude and unprofessional. Do not expect invoice for the service. They do not like to be responsible for their work, but expect to pay up front, because Jessie will be asking for your CC number. Having big problems with those guys and regret I let therm to install 3 complete AC systems. Now found another AC serve that cost 30% less always on time and finally got invoices.
4 years ago, we did a major overhaul to our AC/water heater/Furnace. We were thrilled with the service we received. Last month, our tankless hot water heater starting giving us a code 13. I called JM Appliance. We arranged for them to come out today and suddenly he can't not make it and he "doesn't really work on them after he installs them". It's out of his scope. REALLY! You were there to cash our check! And now that we need a repair, well you are not qualified. I made arrangements to have a cleared house so he could have access to everything without infererence. If you don't wish to have service on the equipment they install, give them a call. If you want a service company you can rely on, CALL SOMEONE ELSE!
Guessed wrong on fridge icemaker needed. Second one installed and put in new water/air valve. Now the icemaker works but there is a loud squeal every time the water refills the icemaker. It was very quiet prior to the changed water/air valve. Updated: After calling to ask for a check on the noise, they arrived the same day and replaced the water valve. After 24 hours, I still haven't heard a sound from the water valve. Very pleasant and friendly. Glad it was fixed.
Jesses team installed a new AC unit and was clean and gave great service. Explained everything they were doing I have used them for the last 15 years. Great people and service
Mr. Jesse just left my house and it's already feeling cooler. Him and son could not have been nicer. They provided same day service and I did get a receipt. Their prices are reasonable as well! Thanks guys!!!!!!!!

Won't return my calls. Won't call when they are on their way. Makes you feel very uncomfortable. My dishwasher has been broken for 3 weeks.
