Be very careful hiring this company. I have had them come out three times for the same problem and they have consistently changed their mind on what the issue has been and "fixing" it. In fact their own technicians disagree with eachother. This last time they came out they were trying to charge me $1,350 for a $126 part. When I discussed this with them they said it was an upcharge they have to add to make money. That's an insane upcharge for the part only not labor. There are much more transparent and knowledgeable companies out there, beware this one!
They never show up during the window they give you. They show up with the wrong parts. A different person every time and they tell you different things. The absolute worst! I have been almost 2 months without AC! They have showed up a total of 7 times before I finally gave up and went out of network to hire someone else. Also, they used to only have 2 stars...and now all those reviews are gone and there is just one good one giving them 5 stars! Do Not Recommend!!!!

And the manager/owner/receptionist (apparently it changes daily) is the RUDEST person ever. Seriously she will cuss you out. If you are assigned this company through American Homeshield... RUN! DO NOT EVEN LET THEM COME THE FIRST TIME. SERIOUSLY DO NOT USE, YOULL REGRET IT.
Jeff is probably the most down to earth, professional technician that I've ever met. He was honest, informative, and went above and beyond to exceed all expectations. Please call him for all of your A/C, furnace needs! Unapologetically 5 star service!

Within a minute!They finished placing the parts order, received the parts, drove 25 miles to my house, and installed the AC fan.
The most “amazing” thing is driving 25 miles across Greater Houston in under a minute.
In reality, the mechanic never showed up after the first visit to check,instead,They just tapping keyboard to pretend to finish the job and The Landmark company still deducted $70 from me after I complained these and also pretend my air conditioner is fixed.
After reading other reviews, I wonder why such a fraudulent business model can work?
Gabe was my technician. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. The woman who answers the phone was also professional and had really good customer service. I highly recommend J&J Mechanical
