Tech was great, however the scheduling was a nightmare. You just get a text telling you when your appointment is, no phone call. Then when you make the appointment for the correct date and time they change the schedule and you get alerted via text. Then you have to call and explain that you need your original appointment back. Very frustrating!

Carlos came out and inspected our AC system. He let me know when he was on his way, arrived within the service window, was very professional and helped me understand the best maintenance for my system. Very pleased with his service!!

HVAC repairs are usually such a headache. I've worked with J&J Mechanical on two different properties for a handful of service calls at this point. They are consistently communicative, knowledgable and determined to do the job right. From the techs to Janie back in the office, I can't say enough on how great this team is at what they do. I had appointment set up for 3pm, and tech called me saying that he will be earlier, I explained that I will be there on the time of scheduled appointment, he said he wont wait for me. Then I received a call from their dispatch saying the same thing, I explained that I wont be able to make it earlier, she said that's fine we will reschedule, I didnt ask to reschedule! How can you run the business with this attitude?

Sebastian arrived on time and did a great job explaining our problem with the HVAC. iUn fortunately the patch did not hold and further repairs are necessary.

beware of these people. AHS warranty provided them to us. they fraudulently charged our card and have not refunded us for work charged and never done. find someone else

Was able to reschedule easily. Guy performed my AC tune up quickly and required minimal interaction from me. Was easy.

Called before they arrived gave a window. Very professional courteous respected your property. Completely knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly awesome

They sent someone out and he told us what was wrong, ordered the part and came back quickly to fix our AC unit
