Super long wait. There was literally other people there besides me and it took them 30 mins to get to me when I only needed to return a part. Also when I just needed to pick something up. They were sweet about it though but I HATE going her due to the wait.

An associate by the name of Michelle began shouting orders to wait outside within a second of entering the store. No greeting, just shouting orders to go outside. Rude and arrogant

Got there today 06-19-19 about 1130 am one person on the sales floor with a cotumer 2 more at the front desk doing some inventory or something like that tell me to wait until he is done 3 more people walk in I think the manager of this location need to train his people that the costumer is first they can wait until traffic of costumer slow down and go back to what they are doing I was about to spend$ 14,000 on equipment there but seems to me they don't want my money what a shame

i went to N. Freeway location today. Counter helped by Juan. Very helpful and pleasant experience. Didn't feel like another number in line. Will not hesitate to come back.

They have a great selection of tools, and a huge variety of other mechanical electrical items. Huge parking lot, easy loading and turn around.

Staff was very helpful, store is neat and organized. Good access from highway and good parking.
