I ordered a power plug for my air conditioner, and Dana , and Colby were nice in the beginning of ordering the plug, also they knew I was going to put it on, and they didn't have a problem selling it to me, the pkg. arrive the next day , I installed it the same way the other one was still on, but it wouldn't come on, so I called them to let them know, the owner said I have to pay another shipping which I paid 15.00 already, and he said they will check it but I couldn't get a refund, he was very rude about it. I spoke with dana and she said they shouldn't have sold it to me because I wasn't a repair person, we was going back and forth in giving my refund, she finally said just send it back and they will refund me my money, mind u she was ok up to the point when she thought she hung the phone up, and I heard her calling me stupid, ghetto, etc. and said she had to go ghetto with me, well I called her back and let her know that i heard her calling me those names, she said we don't have anything else to talk about , just send the part back and we are done. her demeanor changed from nice to ice!! I didn't trust them giving me a refund because she said they shredd up my bank info. I ask her how she going to refund it when she said it was shredd, so I was hesitant to send it back and not get my money or the part.so I finally called a guy to check the plug and he said I had everything right, but he had to hold in on the plug reset to get it to work, usually the plug will light up and come on. this one was different. I won't be doing business with this company anymore. her racist name calling was not call for. I ask for at least some of my money for having pay someone to check the plug. I email her but no response.i paid the guy 40.00, and I paid a little over 50.00 for the part. I just think that would have been fair to refund me something rather than pay another 15.00 to send it back. that's a little much for a plug.

Deceitful. Do not order Friedrich parts from this company. I ordered an evaporator coil and paid over $200 with shipping. Turns out I do not need part. I need new unit. I called to return part and guess what. They will not take return. Said it is a speciality part. I was not informed of this upon ordering and was not informed returns were not accepted. Called Friedrich and they sold the part to Gabbert Company but can’t or won’t help me. Pathetic if you ask me. Again, do not buy from this company. Very rude and will not accept returns although my receipt clearly says they do. Did I mention the part has not even been taken out of the box. I informed them of this. Very dishonest company. I do not even give one star. That was the lowest option I was given.
