I contacted this company and from day one , the receptionist was very courteous at getting me setup. Then David came out and gave me an estimate and walked me through everything they would be doing to get my Airducts redone, my vents flowing proper air and a new thermostat installed. It took them no more than 8 hours to get the job done. I was given 3 crews and they all were very professional and friendly. I had access to Davis throughout the entire process. This company has went over and beyond to ensure my carpet in my house was cleaned. I had to go an entire without cleaning my carpet due to COVID-19. I usually clean my own carpet. I found Extreme Air Duct Cleaning and Restoration Services online. We had to have the dryer vent cleaned, but the full service, as the pipes were leaking and full of water…those pipes had to be sealed again etc.
Anastacio did a wonderful job. He was very polite, professional, listened to the explanations I gave him about what was exactly going on (most other companies didn’t care to hear me and ended up messing things up more until they found out what was really happening…). He explained precisely what he could do and what he wouldn’t be able to do (if it had to be done: the vent exhaust is between the second and third floor). He went on with execution: clean work, detailed, he sealed and even adjusted the pipe better than what had been done by the builder.
I highly recommend the company and specially this technician: Anastacio. There are more and more new townhomes built here, and the understanding and cleaning of the dryer vents pipes is not as simple as it used to be. Experienced and knowledgeable technicians are an asset.

They provide great service on Carpet Cleaning. The rep came to the house and wore a mask and cleaned the carpet in just over 1.5 hours. It was quick and easy. I would use them again.
